Expected learning outcomes
Students that attend this course should develop knowledge and skills that allow them in the future to: • Understand the concepts of e-business and e-commerce; • Apply concepts, strategies, and tools in the area of electronic commerce (e-commerce); • Understand the interest and opportunity of e-commerce; • Analyse and understand the human, technological and business environment associated with e-commerce. • Explain the diverse business models of e-commerce companies

The syllabus for the course is the following:

4.3.3. Design of platforms
Teaching / Learning Methodology
In the continuous assessment plan, the student is approved if: 1) S/He attends 75% of the classes; 2) S/He obtains a final grade (FG) of at least 10 that results from weightings in the following components: CASE STUDY (CS) Weight: 30% SMALL TEST (ST) Weight: 30% PROJECT (P) Weight: 40% FG will be obtained with the following formula: FG = CS * 30% + ST * 30% + P * 40% It is required to obtain a minimum grade of 7 for all the assessment components. If the student does not approve by continuous assessment, s/he will be integrated into the final assessment plan. The final assessment plan consists of an exam that will cover all the syllabus contents and take place during the exams period defined by the school.
