Step 1 

Make sure the course you want to register to is still open for applications. Do not try to register if the course has already started.

Step 2

Do you need/want ECTS from this course? If so, please complete this Administrative Registration Form (refer to the example).

Should you not want ECTS, please send us an email (athena@univ-orleans.fr) to say you want to register but don’t wish to get ECTS. If you need a certificate of attendance, you will still need to attend all courses.

Step 3 

Send the Administrative Registration Form and a copy of your ID to athena@univ-orleans.fr . Make sure to specify which course you want to apply for.

Step 4 

You are now registered, please await further instruction from the Professor.

NB

Getting ECTS means that there will be an exam for each course. These exams can vary in formats (online exam, essay, group project, presentation, etc).
