European Convention of Human Rights – Polish Cases – UMCS

About this course
The lecture covers the basic issues of human rights, the order of the Council of Europe on the protection of human rights, as well as the mechanisms related to the protection of rights. The student has knowledge of the functioning of the European Court of Human Rights, knows the standards of international human rights protection and basic jurisprudence.
Expected learning outcomes
